After two years of having home insurance and even having them increase in the second year. Never having a claim or being late on my payments, they cancelled my insurance one month before renewal. After I sent in a request as to why, their response was that they “didn’t have the right product to support my needs”. Interesting, since they had no problem taking my money for the last two years. Would never recommend this pathetic company.

Monday morning I called Sonnet and was greeted by Mannie who helped resolve the issue - in a timely manner. Mannie was efficient, kind, and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions.
