Heed the warnings of others

Heed the warnings of others! They will raise your rates (double in my case) and then refuse to provide explanations about specifics even when asked. Their agents are well trained to speak in hypotheticals but they do not have access to underwriting decisions so they can't be specific. The 'first at fault collision protection' is an absolute gimmick. They will not honour it. What's worse, they rely upon email for notifications of significant changes in the policy and assume that if they don't hear anything then it is agreed upon. You can bet though that if you miss a payment, they will get in touch with you personally. With all of the spam inundating everyone's email these days, email is not effective or fair for such significant notification. Just an unethically operated business. In no other industry can you raise price/ premium etc by 100% and just assume that the customer "accepts the contract."

Cruel company

From the beginning it's been an issue dealing with things online! They don't work and then they use it against you later. I recently went through fraud and my payments were coming out of my card (which I don't normally do) but when we were purchasing our property I was just trying to find someone who would insure us because of where we live. I thought awesome sonnet is helpful, well until you miss a payment, then they only give you 3 days to change payment. Which I attempted to do originally (they agreed I did try) but when you go through fraud you don't realize how many things are attached to your card. I made a one time payment to rectify the issue. They sent me a notice of cancellation but couldn't through the mail due to a postal strike. I called to try to explain the situation and they wanted proof of fraud, which I can't get cause my credit card company would send in the mail but well.. postal strike. So my hands are tied, I started to cry because i was already so embarrassed of the fraud but then to have my home insurance cancelled and I can't do anything about it... The lady on the phone then said "maam you need to calm down" who says that to someone whos crying... I know this is a company, but a little compassion goes a long way. My husband and I have been through so much these past few years, he's lucky to be alive which is why we moved where we did and we then have limited choices of insurance and this company just does not care. I have paid up, I'll even pay the full year out right but they don't care. I would not recommend them ever. I'm so glad my other loan people were kinder to deal with during my fraud situation that I have no control over. I could sit here and pour my heart out but they don't care, they are a business first and that's it. Which is so cruel.

Deceiving information

Deceiving information. They lure you with lower quotes. then when you try to get it and you ran out of time to shop around you ended up trapped and no choice but to buy it. Be careful!.
