Never again
i I just got an email stating I owe 51.49 and they were sending me to collections. This is the first I hear of owing anything to sonnet but I can pay it. Why send an email stating that I'm being sent to collections when I was never made aware of this amount and they wouldn't renew my policy so I had to go somewhere else which is also cheaper. Worst customer service ever and they do not care they just care about the money
