Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I have only ever had great service with Sonnet & I highly recommend!

I like how easy it is to insure my cars and home online. I have never had a claim but feel good about dealing with Sonnet.

I traded my car with a “barely” used one few months ago and I decided to continue with sonnet since I’ve been with them for over a year going to 2 yrs. After updating my vehicle information i noticed that I will be paying a higher amount than I was paying before though my policy is still the same. So I called an advisor to ask for a reason why. The agent/advisor that I was talking to cannot give me or explain to me the reasons why it happened. And seemed to be okay saying to the customer “it is fine to cut your plan with us and look for other insurance companies”. Even though it’s been 2 yrs that I am with sonnet but as a first time client with the said insurance it was a really bad experience for me. Didn’t bother to call back, afraid that I will be handled the same way. 😢

You can get the least expensive deals with Sonnet and that’s right. But, when it comes to the claims you will get the worst service ever. I had an accident on road last month. It took a day just to talk to a representative and claim. Another day to receive a call from an adjuster. And when you claim, your stories with them just begin. They are not responsive/transparent at all and all of a sudden you see you have paid 1000$/week for your rental and they even did not send the appraiser to body shop for an estimate. When you reach the limit for rental after 2 weeks, they dont accept the delay was because of them not doing their job, you face part backlog and should deal with your life with no car for 3 weeks! Update: Per their reply, I sent an email with all the details and no one got back to me after 3 days! Another clue for them not being responsive!
