hello
hello. i am trying to renew my policy update. ive been having some difficult renewing my policy. please policy number is. 500535567. please take payment out of my card on file. need help.
I called one time to ask a question about my payment requirements and if I could pay early, and the support tech was very nice and answered all my questions the best he could, and when I asked questions he could not answer, he referred to the proper people and got back to me at a later date with information to help me! It was a good transaction and his thoroughness in the matter was appreciated! Sonnet has always been easy to deal with and even noticed when they had a mistake on my bill before I noticed!
