Very very polite and friendly woman sarnia was her name Very helpful and easy to understand.

I have gone back to school, I live in an appartment off campus and do not have a vehicle. I had always gotten tenants insurance ontop of my vehicle insurance. I was unable to find tenants insurance on it's own. I like to have the coverage for 'just incase'. I don't really know what is covered - i.e. as I live in the lowest level and beside the mechanical/laundry room of an older building in an older part or town it would be imperitive to have flood insurance. This type of information I could not find in relation to my coverage. My plan is not laied out in detail. This is not appropriate. I do not plan to continue with Sonnet after I graduate.

I would have given a 5 star but ran into some issues. Our home policy was cancelled due to non payment. This I get. What I don’t get is at the time the government won’t let me work but insurance companies are still allowed to proceed as if life was normal. It was definitely not the last 1.5 years. This should have been never allowed. And to top it off I payed what was owed anyways.

They are friendly and courteous, it is easy to manage my account through their website a very flexible that I can sign in and update anytime the policy without any hassle by logging in through a smartphone and computer or laptop if I want to adjust my policy. if I need more information I'll just go to connect their customer service through their chat room for more information.

Service is exceptional.
