My vehicle was recently damaged while parked by another driver. I am having difficulty arranging go ahead to repair. When I call Sonnet I would expect a call back from someone I can talk to. As the other party is responsible for damages all I would like from you, my insurance company is to advise on go ahead for repairs and how to proceed. Estimate is done.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with Sonnet, however I did have a large auto increase last year and a moderate one this year, so they aren't as competitive as they used to be. My homeowners also had a 20%;increase this year. However I did have a property claim as a result of someone damaging my driveway and I was very happy with the claims service. Will have to see how it affects my premiums next year.
