I LOVE Sonnet. They are great people to deal with. Customer Service is outstanding. They respond right away to emails. And are always very helpful and understanding. I wouldn't change insurance companies for the world. And they were the cheapest when I was shopping around. All in all it's a win win win with Sonnet Insurance

I haven't had to claim anything yet, but I've been insuring my car for 2.5 years and recently purchased a house which I now insure with Sonnet as well. So far everything has been straightforward and easy. One thing I would like to see is the ability to get a quote for car insurance without a VIN, I'm considering purchasing a second vehicle and insurance plays a large part in budget planning, but apparently I can't get a quote for a car I don't already own. Seems a bit silly.
