Petsecure | Pet Insurance Review

It's going to be 2 months and I still have not heard anything from them. When I called I asked the lady if the skin problems are covered and she's like that it's really up to the team to decide. Such a gray scale, they can pretty much deny you for no reason. Not impressed, will not be choosing this company and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

This company should be outlawed. They try everything not to pay a claim. I have 3 dogs. One is very sick the other two are okay thank goodness. This company continually finds ways not to pay- increased premiums, increased co-pay, and increased deductible. They take forever to pay a claim, if they pay a claim. I've done the math. I would have been much better off to self-insure rather than give my hard earned money to these bloodsuckers. Stay away.

This company is a joke, they advertise 7-10 days to pay a claim. Into week 6 with no update on the claim, just lots of excuses. Will cancel the policy once my claim gets paid

It is my understanding that the purpose of insurance it to pay into something that will protect yourself in the future. Thus making a claim you receive compensation. Not with this company. It has been over a year now that I have been trying to get my money - the money I disserve. I have contacted the company numerous times through e-mail and phone only to be pushed around. Every time I inquire I am told a cheque is in the mail - never to see one arrive. I have changed the address to which they can send so it comes to my work where we have someone receiving mail on a daily basis in hopes that I would not miss the mail. Still nothing. I have asked several times if I can register for direct deposit. Only to hear "once you sign up one way you cant change it" I am sorry I adopted a dog and the shelter signed me up, because they like to promote Petsecure in good faith, well that was a big mistake. I will be sure to tell my situation to the shelter in hopes that they go with Trupanion - a much better company to work with. This is outrageous and no one seems to even care to help no matter how I try to escalate the situation. How is someone like me suppose to receive the service and respect that is mandatory? Petsecure - will you finally help me?

Piece of garbage company. Tried to cancel and told me that the person on the contract has to cancel not the person paying the bill. Pieces of crap. Don't ever use them
