Great service
Definitely has been worth the money, our dog has bad allergies and big eyes that the cat loves to swat at! Claims have always been processed super fast with no issues! I’d highly recommend!

Excellent customer service
We've had the policy for almost 9 years (previously with another company), and just recently had to put our old man down. Pets Plus Us was great over the years. We've never had anything denied that shouldn't have been. On the contrary, they covered things we were warned might not be. Anytime I had to call in and speak to someone with a question, I found them very pleasant and helpful. 10/10 recommend, and we will get a policy with them again when we get another dog.

Fast!
I've had pets plus us for years. I have found lately that the turn around times for a claim is getting a lot faster. It says they process claims within 20 days, in the past I've waited over that period and had to send emails to get my claim back. The last couple claims I've put through have came back in record time (10 days).
Monthly Cost
Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
There is no upper age limit.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.
Exclusions
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
