Always amazing

Pets Plus Us is an amazing insurance company. I love that the premium will remain the same for the length of my pet's life. Every interaction with staff has been great, they are knowledgeable and friendly. No issue getting claims covered, and no breed or condition discrimination. I recommend them to everyone!

what is going on!

received our renewal today, 40% increase in premium, and this is not a year where prices go up. This is unfathomable for a retired couple! $100 per month is now $140.00. How do you justify this shaft you are handing the consumer.. 11 year customer, thanks a lot!!

Fast & Friendly Service

Have not had a single issue with claims. My dog had a fast growing tumour which required a CT scan and eventually surgery to remove. Pets Plus Us covered 90% of every claim we submitted, no questions asked!

Pets Plus US for the win!

My beautiful chocolate lab had TPLO surgery when she was 1.5 and now the other leg at 4.5. Both times she has needed this surgery, both the Vet (same animal hospital) and the insurance company were amazing. The estimate was submitted, approved in 48hrs and the claim paid to me within 7 business days of her surgery. Zero hassles or issues. Submitting a claim on your own is simple, fast and easy. I will never own another animal without pet insurance from Pets Plus Us! Highly recommend!!!

Monthly Cost

Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. There is no upper age limit.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.

Exclusions

All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement. All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
