SCAM COMPANY - HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Paid reliably and when I finally have a claim, this company falls short and keeps denying my claim under the presumption 2 different Veterinarians lied on my dogs medical records when stating my dog was 100% healthy before my contract was instated. COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM!!! I have been fighting with this company for almost 2 months now to get my money that is rightfully owed to me. Complete joke!! Save your money and find a different company.

Protection and Peace of Mind!

As a Labrador Retriever breeder I know 'home-time' adjustments are stressful on pups - and that these curious 'toddlers' are eager to put everything and anything into their mouths! I want to send them home with the best start possible, and Pets Plus Us is a part of that. The added assurance of sending them off with Pets Plus Us coverage brings peace of mind that our pups will have the best veterinary care because bills will always be manageable. And now to see that they have partnered with Costco to offer members even more of a discount, icing on the cake!

Pretty Good

I've had a pretty good experience so far. The reimbursements are relatively quick and simple, and I really like that alternative therapies are covered. The only reason I'm not giving a 10 out of 10 is that my dog needed a surgery to prevent him from bloating (as he had bloated before) and Pets+Us argued that the surgery was prophylactic so they refused to cover it... I understand their argument, but the surgery was medically necessary for my dog, so it was pretty disappointing.

Great service and support and coverage for my dogs

Very happy with Pets+Us Insurance for both my dogs. I am able to have the very best care including alternative therapies. Customer support is excellent and I feel like I finally found a company that listens to customers!

Monthly Cost

Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. There is no upper age limit.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.

Exclusions

All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement. All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
