Love Pets Best Insurance

"Our little Peaches (toy poodle) is now 7 years old and she's the light of our lives. So why wouldn't we have health insurance for her like we do for ourselves??? We signed Peaches up for Pet's Best Ins. right away and have found the claim process to be very easy and the reimbursement payment comes quickly to our checking account. When Peaches is sick we don't have to worry about making decisions based on finances. Pets Best allows us peace of mind and frees us up to make good care decisions for our little girl. 4+ Years with Pets Best—Easy, Reliable, and Worth It

I've had Pets Best insurance for about 4–5 years now, and my experience with them has been consistently positive. Thankfully, I've only needed to use the insurance a few times, but each time the process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Submitting claims was easy, and their team was helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. Most importantly, I received reimbursement in a timely manner every time, which made a big difference during already stressful situations with my dog. It's reassuring to have a company that actually delivers when you need them. Based on my experience, I'd definitely recommend Pets Best to anyone looking for reliable pet insurance.

All claims from minor to substantial have been filed with ease. Communication on claim status and EOB, are timely and efficient.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
