Great company to have insurance with…

Great company to have insurance with for our fur babies. They really are there when you need them to cover the cost for the medical procedures. It gives me peace of mind to have a reliable insurance for my pets.

I submit my claims online and then wait. they send me emails concerning my account and once they’re done, they send me the EOB’s.

All's well that ends well!

A couple of years ago our young pup was diagnosed with an Autoimmune disease. Thank to Pet's Best we have been able to do the diagnostic testing required to figure everything out to make her as healthy as we can. Our last claim was for a blood test to let us know if her body was now able to absorb certain nutrients at last, and it is! Thank you so much for all your help as we waded through this unknown process, with lots of help from Pet's Best. Responses have been in a timely manner or communication was made to explain any delays. I highly recommend this company!

Amazing pet insurance

Amazing pet insurance. I now have peace of mind where my 3 dogs' health is concerned. I know I can get them the treatment they need when they are sick or injured. I am always reimbursed in a timely manner.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
