HIGHLY recommended!

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Pets Best. It is BEYOND easy to submit a claim, unlike previous pet health insurance carriers I have had. Open the app, fill out some very easy info (less than 2 minutes worth of info), attach a picture of the receipt, and submit! Thank you so much for making it easy and affordable to give my pup the best care out there!

I highly recommend Pets Best for your …

I highly recommend Pets Best for your insurance needs for your pets. Filing a claim is so customer friendly and processing and payment is very efficient and fast. I was able to create a plan that worked with my budget and I rest easier knowing my pet will get the medical care he needs if and when he needs it.

Excellent

I can't begin to explain how satisfied I am with Pets Best. When i first had my dogs i had another insurance company that would deny every claim i ever submitted and made the whole process a hassle. Not only is it very simple to process a claim, Pets best doesn't try to find ways to deny any of my claims. I've had some rotten luck with my dogs health the last few years and I thank god that I decided to purchase insurance with them. It has definitely come in handy and i would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
