If only my health insurance were this simple

I keep waiting for things to get complicated but Pets Best has consistently had great customer service, clarity in how benefits work, and quick turnaround on claims. Ots believable to give an insurance company 5 stars, but its well deserved so shoyld be recognized. Thank you!

Horrible - worthless company

I submitted three claims - all were denied, the company claimed as usual that they were for preexisting conditions which is completely untrue. Just another criminal insurance company who will gladly take your money, then deny every claim that is submitted. A waste of money and time to do business with these clowns.,

One of my best decisions!

When this puppy first came into my life so many people argued that I didn't need pet insurance. I am SO glad I did NOT listen to them. We've had some gastro-intestinal challenges and I don't worry about getting him the care he needs. Pets Best has truly been the BEST. They have been easy to work with and are very straight forward. I feel like they really care about my fur baby. This was really the best decision I made to keep him healthy. THANK YOU PETS BEST!

Great pet insurance company

This company is the best. They are so easy to deal with and so fair in evaluating claims and handling them quickly. We have a rescue dog with arthritis issues and Pets Best makes it easy to get him the best treatment. Highly recommended!!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
