Affordable but not worth
We got this insurance through my company website. It’s affordable but you can not depend on it. Charlie (our dog) got sick and we have to take him to vet. Overall cost was $160 . We paid the whole as most of the items were not covered and we had a ton of items.
If you want to insure your furry friends then spend little bit more but get a good insurance. It’s not worth to get the cheap insurance as it may cost dearly if something big expenditure shows up.

Absolutely I would recommend Pet's…
Absolutely I would recommend Pet's Best. I am very impressed with the claims process; the claim form already has all the information about our pet so all I have t do is give reason for vet visit, sign and date. Thank you for that. We receive all eligible claim reimbursement in a very timely manner. Any time I have to call for help or information I always receive the most friendly voice on the other end and they are very caring.

Easy Claims
I have never had an easier claim! In addition to the extreme ease of filing - I had a “no hassle”and generous reimbursement on my claim. I am VERY impressed with Pet’s Best policy and ease of filing.

In the almost eight years that I have…
In the almost eight years that I have been using Pets Best insurance I can say that I am quite satisfied until today. The service is very good and the staff is very pleasant and helpful.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
