Legitimate Claim Denied
Legitimate claim was denied for "pre-existing condition". I cancelled my policy after they denied my claim, I would not trust this company, very shady.

Highly Recommend Pets Best Insurance
I have been with Pets Best since 2009. I made the mistake of trying another pet insurance company for about a year. The other insurance company was a nightmare. Pets Best pays claims in a prompt manner. They honor their policy declarations. Pets Best gives me peace of mind and they are worth the monthly premiums. I HIGHLY recommend Pets Best.

Made the claim about a week ago. Received my reimbursement notification in a timely manner. This was my first reimbursement though from 3 claims.

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
