I've told all my dog friends

I used to have Nationwide insurance on my dog Isabella. The service and turnaround time were absolutely horrible so I switched to Pets Best. Your service is SO MUCH BETTER; easier to understand, the phone app is a joy to work with, the turnaround time to process my claim was wonderful. I've told all my dog friends about Pets Best. Easy to submit online

I have been sending in my claims via website it is easy to attach a receipt for my dogs med's. to the claim form they always reply that they received it and that they are working on it and when I get my money posted to my account.

Paid the majority of a major expense

Brooklyn ate foxtails. Got them caught in her tonsils and embedded in the roof of her mouth. She had to have surgery to remove them. Pets Best Insurance paid for the majority of this major expense.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
