Horrible
Horrible! I submitted my claim with receipts and records on the same day. I cannot believe that no action is taken to get reimbursed. They have my account info for direct deposit. They sure worry about paying them on time but not reimbursing you timely. I need to find another place that supports timely payments.

A pyramid scheme
A pyramid scheme! They will never approve a big claim. My dog needed surgery in March 2021 and i was unable to reach anyone at their company regarding my claim from March 2021 until May 2021. They intentionally will not answer your emails or texts. They finally contacted me after i sent them a certified letter stating that i will be contacting the Wisconsin Department of Justice. A big pyramid scheme as they will never pay off a big claim.
There are positive reviews here but they say “invited” which is basically fake reviews by the company. Dont fall for it.
They simply replied on this post “that we pay a lit of big claims.” They didn’t even explain why it took almost two months to even talk to someone there. If your per is sick do you really want a company that you cannot get in touch with for almost two months???

Great company
I am totally satisfied with the customer service and with the claim process. I have recommended this company to my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
