Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

I have no issue with the company itself, customer service, ease of filing a claim, but what I do have an issue with is, I used this plan a lot last year, what did YOU do on my renewal, put my premium up $50/month. When I questioned this, I was told everyone's price went up, that is untrue, I know people that have the same plan as me, but they do not use it as often and their premium did not go up. I will be checking into filing a complaint, but giving you a heads up. This year I have used the plan even more, so I expect on my renewal, you will increase my premium again, if you do, I will know for sure it is because I have been using the plan. For this reason alone, I would not recommend anyone purchase coverage thru YOU.

This pet insurance is great! Everything is so easy to submit. Customer service is great.

My pet fell ill and he required an emergency visit, and two follow up visits to the vet. These things add up and before I knew it, the bills were in the thousands. I have never filed a claim with Nationwide and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to do it Their website was very friendly, easy to understand and navigate. They updated you on the status of the claims and they were resolved in no time. I am definitely happy with Nationwide!

Getting Nationwide pet insurance for my new puppy was the best decision I've made. From reviewing my coverage options with a real (& compassionate) team member to submitting claims, it's been a great experience! So happy I purchased this plan! :)
