Pay $$$, yet I am still doing the work...

Submitted a claim, then received a letter that the company needs more information. Contact the VET and she stated the bill is the information, as of today I am going in circles for a policy that I pay $700 + a year for. However the signup process was so easy!! I guess my major complaint is, the information I submit to the claim department has a phone number to the VET office, why do they not call and explain to them what more information they need.

I knew going into the animal hospital that with Nationwide Pet Ins I would be able to afford any thing necessary to help Bristol

I was able to worry about my dog & her recovery & not whether we could afford treatment. Nationwide’s app made it quick and easy to get repaid for her expenses.

I wish my health insurance was as good as my dog's insurance!

I'm so impressed with Nationwide Pet Insurance! The coverage is great. I opted in for a wellness plan in addition to injury/illness and i'm so happy with it. It's extremely easy to submit a claim - I take a picture of the vet bill and submit it with a short description of what happened / why we had a vet visit. When Cinnamon was spayed, I submitted the claim the same day (it was a Friday) and I was reimbursed by I believe Monday or Tuesday! She had a little cut under her eye from the groomer so I had to get her an antibiotic ointment and that was easy too. I explained what happened in a few sentences and was reimbursed within a few days. Great service - and the customer service representative I spoke to over the phone before she was spayed was very helpful and nice! Highly recommend this insurance. I wish my health insurance had coverage this good!!

Thank you for your incredibly quick turnaround time and excellent customer service!

Because of our Nationwide pet insurance coverage I can focus on my baby girl, Gemma, whenever she gets sick or needs to see the vet. I can focus on her needs instead of getting anxious about a potential large vet bill or going into debt. Thank you!
