After having our policy for 8 years we finally had to use it for something bigger than tick meds. It took a minute because my original vet invoice did not have my pets name on it so was originally declined but with a quick couple of phone calls and resubmitting invoices we were awarded some funds for our claim. Thank you so much for the help during these difficult times. My babe is feeling 100% better now.
