Seamless Process

My husband and I are thrilled with the coverage we receive from Nationwide. We have used Nationwide for two of our dogs over the past 15 years. The process is simple to follow and the reimbursement timeframe is quick and easy. Customer service is excellent and the resources on their website is helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service

Nationwide has been the best. The ease of submitting claims is awesome. We have never run into an issue with the claims or our policy, where we had to call Nationwide to fix it. Thank you for that!

You always end up paying back a fraction of what I pay and your dispute process is impossible to navigate.

I have had your insurance on my dogs for three years. I have been disputing claims throughout that time. Each time I dispute a claim determination, you make it impossible to speak with the person reviewing the claim or with who makes descisions. You even make things up like "the dog had surgery on that leg before" when it was the other leg and i have submitted medical records twice. I think your customer service is awful as well. filing a claim is only easy because i found a third party app. you should be more like health insurance where the vet runs the claim and you pay the "co-pay." You are terrible and I can't wait to find a better option and fire you.
