Puts my mind at ease

I love Nationwide. Prices are great. Coverage is great. So easy to file a claim and you get paid quickly on your claim. But best of all its piece of mind knowing that with Nationwide i dont have to worry if i can afford to get my girl the vet care she needs.

Totally Worth Having

I’m so glad I signed up for pet insurance through my work. My dog Annie hit her deductible after her first appointment and my out of pocket has been very minimal since. It’s totally worth having for peace of mind. She has a surgery and a clean cleaning next week and I can’t wait for that bill and see how much was covered.

AMAZING AND QUICK

I have been very lucky and have never had to use my pet insurance, until my beloved cat started to struggle with her breathing. It was such a scary and emotional time. However, Nationwide processed my claim and I received 90% of the fees within a week! The system was very user friendly and I was thoroughly impressed. You really did make a very difficult time a straight forward experience when it came to claming. Thank you, sincerely!

Mationwide Pet Incurance

I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for my pets since 2017. I am really happy with the plan overall, my issue is that it take to much time to turn claims around. The company's plans are comprehensive and cover most things. I would recommend.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
