Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

It was an easy claim submission process with quick turnaround and efficient electronic payment(s). Just wish the original bills were not so high.. :)

Recently I have found that you have made some revisions to make claim submissions much easier and I appreciate that during these troubling times. I intend to stay with this insurance because I want the best for my sweet companion. The only thing that would make me look for another provider is if it becomes too costly and I have to seek other options.

I probably could not have afforded to fix my dogs leg if it were not for Nationwide pet insurance. He had a knee go bad last year and the bill was over $5,000.00 and then i signed up for your pet insurance and it saved us both, my dog and i. I would have not been able to pay for the other leg which would have caused us both a huge amount of pain and suffering, but you saved us both by helping me cover the costs, pre-op as well as post-op as you are aware how expensive Vet's can be it was cheaper to get my hip replaced than get the dog's leg repaired. Nationwide has provided great service for my dog Stella. Claims are easy to file and the customer service is kind and understanding. They also make every effort to cover what they can under your policy, which is refreshing. Other insurance companies, both dog and human, should learn from that example.

We have had our puggle Samantha for six years, having rescued her at age two. We immediately took the VPI insurance from Nationwide, both major medical and routine care, and it has been wonderful. Claim filing is easy, and their response is very prompt. Our last visit was 100% covered. Best of all is the peace of mind, should anything major happen.
