Great
The agents are always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I can get the coverage I need for my fur baby. I was able to get the right insurance very quickly by phone. I like how the payment is very secure in this crazy world. This company was there for our beautiful boxer boy for the short 7 and 1/2 years we were Blessed to love and care for him so now we now have our mini Golden Doodle covered.

To transfer the ownership
To transfer the ownership of the two policies from my deceased husband to me was awful. I was kept on the phone for 55 minutes while the rep entered in the same information and the rep was only able to transfer one of the policies. The other errored on her.
There must be a better procedure to transfer ownership….

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
