agent was helpful and answered all questions. We didn't have our puppy yet when I firts called to set up his insurance - she called us back on the next Monday to verify we received him in transport on Saturday. Above and beyond customer service!

Refusal of bill
After dealing with increasingly high premiums when the dog got older, they only reimbursed 25% for a cancer diagnosis. I had major medical coverage and was paying $245 a month when our boy passed. I will seek another company if we ever get another doggie.

It's more than a week and i haven't…
It's more than a week and i haven't received any update or notice. It feels i had to pay asap but no progress on your part.
