Definitely amazing service and coverage - great product

Amazing company, amazing Plans , such informed customer service not only on their plans, but competitors plans as well. That helps people make the best buying decision. This is my second dog on this plan and I have nothing but a positive experience to report. They do a great job reporting and monitoring. I appreciate this service so I can afford to give our dog the Best possible life.

This was an unplanned surgery for my dog that had a cyst on her head. It was recommended that we were move it and the cost was very endearing. I was not sure how I was going to pay for this, but the submission process went well and the payment reimbursement came to me easily and within a fast time frame. very pleased with this service

Nationwide come through great customer service and minus one they are all friendly and able to help.

Neede help to do my claim and the person on the other end was friendly and willing to help, only had a problem with one before this call, however did inform them about it and were extremely apologized about the previous call. My claim came in in timely matter. Thank you

Thanks for helping out

I have been so impressed with the ease of every step. From signing up, to submitting a claim, to receiving payment... Nationwide has given our family real peace of mind during stressful times of illness with our dog. I've had to appeal one claim and the process was easy and ended up working out in our favor. I'm so happy we decided to cover our pet and to do so with Nationwide. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Nationwide was great in covering expenses related to a serious gastrointestinal problem

Nationwide was very supportive in coverage related to Jillie Moons problems related to gastronomic issues. She is doing great.

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
