Awesome Pet Insurance

Our bully got pneumonia and was very sick and could not breath. We took her to an emergency pet hospital where she had to stay overnight. Eventually they were able to help her and got her back on her feet. Of course if it wasn't for Nationwide Pet Insurance I would have been able to pay my bill right away. Can't believe how fast we received our claim. Thank you Nationwide!

Nationwide has the best coverage, a great vet helpline and helpful caring agents. I am so impressed with the cost of the plan and what they cover. Claims are quick and easy with the app and reimbursement is fast. If you are looking for an insurance company that really helps with the cost of pet care, give Nationwide a try.

Thank you for taking care of our fur baby!

For the pass 18 months you have made it possible for Bailey to keep her eye site. She was diagnosed when she was 14 months old with primary glaucoma. We were devastated. With your help she was able to have surgery twice and is receiving continuous care by her eye specialist. Thank for caring and covering her!

Worry Free Care

Nationwide Pet Insurance has made caring for my fur baby easy and worry-free. Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
