Everything about sending the claim has been easy, smooth and worry free.
After my puppy came down with a horrible virus I was happy I got them on pet insurance. Everything about submitting the claim on the Vitapet app checking the status, contacting a representative and being reimbursed has been worry free and easy. The last thing I needed was to worry about dealing with an insurance company after night of no sleep and stress. Thank you Nationwide for providing great care for the pets!

Peace of mind knowing my dog is covered.

Slow pay
I am happy with Molly’s policy but they wouldn’t offer me the same policy for my new puppy. Also, I feel like the reimbursement is too long.
