Stacey from Nationwide is the kindest, most helpful individual

Honestly, I have been with Nationwide for sometime now, and to be honest, there have always been people that seem like they are trying to help, but when you call the next couple days nothing changes or they don't receive anything... I finally found the most perfect representative that I would want to speak to every single time I call Nationwide. The representative that I truly believe deserves the absolute most credit for actually caring for your pet, caring for the documents and if they are received, and trying to make your experience as easy as possible is Stacey De Dea. Stacey is truly an AMAZING representative, and deserves recognition from Nationwide themselves. She. goes above and beyond to make sure everything will be in line for your pet. Stacey literally is the only reason I am not going to leave Nationwide. Thank you so much Stacey for all of your help, always. You are a blessing, and especially just an overall sweet, kind, and caring individual. Thank you Stacey for everything you do. Not only for me, but for everyone else that is lucky enough to cross your path.

I have been dealing with Nationwide for…

I have been dealing with Nationwide for a few years now and they have always been easy to deal with. I recently added a new pet and they misdiagnosed a pre-existing condition. I called and got Miranda and she was super helpful and made the dispute process easy (and entertaining). I will continue to use Nationwide for as long as I can and will request Miranda specifically anytime I can.

The customer service representative was very polite and accomodating.

The customer service representative was so helpful in answering my questions regarding claims. The only thing that changed was my first pet has better coverage than my second pet. They no longer carry the same coverage that I got for my first pet. That was a little disappointing but he still has good coverage but not as good as for my first pet.
