I couldn't be happier with the coverage…

I couldn't be happier with the coverage my Dory has. She's a Labrador and is extremely active, which can lead to some mishaps. Having Nationwide coverage has provided us with the best coverage. Her maintenance drugs (heartworm and flea and tick treatments) are covered. Her yearly physicals and those occasional mishaps are covered. Dory tore her ACL and we have coverage, so I don't have to worry and can devote my time to my girl.

I just want to express my gratitude to Megan who went above and beyond in responding to my questions and following up with my concerns. You hear kindness and patience in her voice and in how she spoke with me. She was also very knowledgeable and assisted me on appropriate next steps. You’re a star, Megan!

Nothing is covered under Major Medical Plan

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. Had their Major Medical Plan for more than 2 years, after a "colleague" suggested that NW is the best pet insurance you can ever have. What a joke -the plan was supposed to cover our 3 pets. Every single time I sent a claim in it was not covered or needed some additional information which in the end resulted in no coverage. It's not insurance it's just junk. They will gladly take your money but don't expect much from them and you will not be disappointed.

Review for my baby Peaches

I’ve had insurance on Peaches through Nationwide almost 11 years, I’ve been very happy with my experience. The people I’ve talked to and the speed of return after I’ve filed has been a number 10. Thank you for accepting my baby in 2012. I spoke to Valerie on May 21, 2023 and she was quick to resolve my problem, I ask Valerie, if I had to call back could I talk to her? Valerie gave me her extension, so I will definitely ask for her next time I need help.
