Mostly Positive Experience
I feel that the time it takes for claims to be processed is incredibly long. I have had other claims for auto/renters/home that have been processed in a matter of hours, so I know that with a big company like Nationwide, it is very possible to speed these processes up.
I am glad that I decided to get pet insurance for the most part. I was disappointed that when coverage plans were improved when VPI moved under the Nationwide umbrella, that my pet, who was still very young, did not qualify. I have recommended VPI to many friends since joining, and I feel that there wasn't much loyalty to existing customers when that happened.
