Excellent Service
I submitted a claim for a hospitalization for my almost 6 month old puppy. I put in an incorrect email address for the vet (he had to see the emergency vet and not his regular vet, I put in the regular vet email). I called and spoke with a customer service representative. She was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care about my puppy. I even received an email the next day stating they hoped he was doing well. I have not received the EOB statement yet so I cannot speak to what they covered of the visit but I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received and the care she showed for my puppy.
