Chloe follow up
Thank you for the follow up after Chloe's surgery. She is doing well. Having pet insurance helped with the cost of her surgery, it is worth having.

So simple to process and great coverage
Nationwide have provided coverage for my cat and dog for many years. We had previously insured with another company but the coverage was no where ear as extensive or as easy to process for the same costs.
I can now submit a claim with my phone, it couldn’t be much easier.

Good coverage, but slow
Overall, I have been pleased with the response to claims I have filed. I have noticed that with the last couple of claims though it has taken them quite a while to reimburse for these claims.

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
