reimbursement of funds
Customer service was excellent. When I called they showed concern for my cat was very ill. I was not aware though that there was a cap on how much you can get reimbursed so that was a disappointment considering his cost was over $2000

Recent Customer
I never expected the increase in premium from puppy to 1 yr old with full coverage.
Not leaving Nationwide however, a 20% increase is ridiculous.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
