Sweetie is still showing slight signs of ear infections and allergies (which is why I took her in to Rancho Mesa Animal Hospital on 01/02/2019. The exam revealed that although her double ear infection has cleared up, there is still some redness deep in the ear canals. Steroidal Rx ear drops were prescribed for use as needed (2x / week to stop it from flaring up into another full-blown ear infection again).

Very easy system to work with for reimbursement of vet expenses.

A great insurance to buy and I will never be without them for any of my pets.

We have enjoyed Nationwide Pet Insurance and have needed it far more than we realized we would in these first few months of being puppy parents.

As a customer who has been with you a year now, it is frustrating on how long it takes for a claim to be processed as well for ways to submit a claim. I don't have access to printer at home. It would be easier if claims could be submitted through an application on smart phones. Also 30 days for a claim to be processed and the reimbursement to be done is ridiculous. I have two dogs and submitted claims on the same day for both of them. One claim for each took 30 days, while a second claim within a month took less than 24 hours for one and one is still pending for the other. I would highly recommend going to a system that is like for most humans. Instead of making more work for your customers and have them submit claims. Go to the way where your customers only pay their portion at the visit. It would make things a little easier for the customers, and I would imagine there would be more people who would sign up and stay with you as a company if that is a perk.
