Your claims take too way long to process
I have had VPI for about 20 years and have been incredibly satisfied. However, I know your policy states claims can take up to a month, but when large vet bills are charged to a credit card, I need to pay that card with the money I receive back from insurance; or, I need to know in a more timely matter that a claim is ineligible for reimbursement so I can make other arrangements. Whenever I have had to make adjustments in my budget to save money, I never ever look to cut VPI- the coverage has been invaluable to me over the years, but improving your turnaround time is something that really needs to happen.
I do commend you for the recent option of linking my account with Chase. I am very happy to receive those reimbursements a lot quicker through electronic transfer, but please do something to improve the turnaround time on claims!
