Great insurance

Nationwide has paid all our dogs vets claims in a sufficient time frame in full minus any ded/non-cvd items. I am grateful I purchased insurance from them.

Great coverage but needs improvement on claims process

The coverage is a bit pricy when going for the top tier but pretty much everything is covered. The claims process needs improvement though. It's gotten better where before you had to fax information over. Now you can scan and send via email. But there is not ability to submit directly through the website or an app. This would make things so much easier and convenient.

There when I needed them.

Nationwide has always been very helpful whenever I've had to call customer service. The reps are nice, the claims are paid in a timely manner, and I've never had cause to raise a fuss about anything. That's something in this day and age.

Prompt refund with no hazzle

I've been with different insurance and could honestly say that this insurance was the first we receive refunds on our claim...that's why we have 2 dogs insured. Thank you much.
