Needs work.
Claims process is far too long. One month turn around is such a poor response time.
Then when a claim is denied for simple issues like the processor can read the image. No one call out to the client. So it sits for another two weeks or longer till I follow up. The customer service and turnaround time for a claim is just sub par. I have more feed back and would like a manager to call me.
