Overall great, turn around time on reimbursement sometimes delayed
Overall Nationwide is great. At times there is a delay on getting reimbursed. Other than that, I’m satisfied with Nationwide.

Tanners Health Inurance
Tanner's health has its ups and downs but having Nationwide Pets Insurance has been a blessing. It as helped us tremendously from a financial perspective in that we are not hesitant to take Tanner to see a vet since we feel confident that Nationwide will be there to help up cover the bills.

Most claims come back quickly but I have not noticed any notifications if a claim was rejected.
Mostly good. Everything comes back fast. I did have to log on to find out why one of my claims didn't go through only to find that it was rejected because I needed to move the scan of the receipt so the entire statement could be read.

Megaesophogus
Fearghus was diagnosed with congenital megaesophogus. Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Also much of his other issues are considered secondary conditions and are also not covered.

Exclusions
