Cami is feeling MUCH better.

Cami is back to playing ball and frisbee and continues to do more with her leg each week. I'm really happy with my insurance experience and I will definitely renew for next year. You paid me within the guidelines that you promised and it was pretty seamless. This is my first dog in nearly 20 years (we've had many cats) and I have never purchased insurance for my pets before. What a great introduction to pet insurance!! Thank you for everything and Cami says thanks, too!

Dont know what I would do without this great insurance!

I love Nationwide and so glad I have this for my pets. It takes the worry out of whether I can afford care for them. I always get quick reimbursement from any office visits or medication claim that I submit. I recommend them to all the pet owners I know. So thankful I have this great coverage for my 4 legged babies.

Nationwide is fast, easy and reliable.

We got Nationwide on a recommendation from the vet tech and other English Bulldog owners. We have been extremely happy that we did. Our little guy has had some eye issues and the insurance has helped tremendously. The claims process is so easy and the response/pay out is quick. Thanks, Nationwide, for making a stressful situation a little easier for our family!

Better understanding of coverage

I called this morning to try to better understand what type of coverage I will have should I proceed with a treatment for my cat (Hyperthyroidism). When I specifically inquired about the I-131 treatment, the ph representative could not confirm or deny the coverage, kept misunderstanding my questions, and only when she did (after I explained several times), she yet again would not say what type of plan or reimbursement I will be receiving. As a customer, how can I decide what level of financial responsibility I am willing to incur if no clarity is given about coverage? I was not asking to have a claim pre-approved, all I was asking was for a better understanding of my plan. This experience has truly given me the desire to cancel it altogether!
