Paid as expected
The claim paid as I had expected which was nice. It was my first claim of the policy year so my deductible had to be factored in. The only thing, I do feel the claim takes a while to pay out. It wasn’t a complicated claim but still took about 3 weeks to pay. 3 weeks is probably great in healthcare claims but In the world of Amazon it feels like a life time!

Review for service for Gracie
I would give Nationwide a solid rating and would buy their product again when needed. They have been prompt and fair with all of our claims and responded quickly to anything we asked for. While we have not taken advantage of it there is a great deal of support available to us from Nationwide on line.

So glad I have Pet Insurance with Nationwide!
I love not having to worry about how much a vet visit is going to cost when something comes up with Jack. I know that Nationwide will reimburse 90% in a timely manner. They've been reliable since day 1. I've compared policies with other providers and Nationwide had the best benefits for the price.

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
