Thank goodness we have pet insurance!
So thankful that we have this insurance! When Roxi tore her cranial cruciate ligament, and we found out that she needed surgery, we were overwhelmed by the cost of the procedure. We submitted the claim and received the payment prior to the credit card payment was due! I only wish that Nationwide would reimburse claims more quickly and have an easier process for getting excluded conditions removed from policies after the designated period of time has passed.

Reimbursement could be faster than 4 weeks.
Very pleased with customer service. Friendly and helpful. Reimbursement took 4 weeks which is too long to wait for payment.9

Pays in a timely manner and great service.
I have not had to use this insurance very often thankfully but when I have most recently for a holiday visit to the emergency vet. However, every time I have used it payment has been a timely manner. The few time I have had to call the service has been great. I recommend Nationwide whenever I can.
