Could be better
Whenever my cat needs to have a follow up with the vet, I have to wait months at a time to get reimbursement. Meanwhile, I have to pay it off on my credit card. Which is 19% each month nationwide is setting on it.
My co-worker uses a different company, and she gets her reimbursement within a week. If the company needs more info from the vet, they call the vet themselves.
Each year monthly premiums seem to be rising to 20% more a year which is super high from my point of view. When I first open my policy, there was a 1% rise in premiums.
I might be looking into different policies, this coming year.
