I am grateful for my dogs insurance and the benefit of knowing he is covered.

I am blessed to have my dog and feel secure knowing that I can provide him healthcare to keep him in my life. I have been pleased with his plan and have never had issues. I am grateful for the coverage and the great service provided.

So glad I got this insurance!

This pet insurance has been thse best investment. It's about 550 a year for my dog and has a 250 deductible. I would spend that in a year for sure on vet bills, so having the insurance spreads out the cost over the entire year. And, if heaven forbid you get into some really big health issues, it's covered.

I am pleased with my insurance and glad I purchased it.

I am so glad I purchased pet insurance. It has helped considerably with both schedule visits and unscheduled illnesses. Explanations are easy to understand. I do wish there was a way to submit claims online without using email or faxing.

Generally doing a good job.

We have been generally pleased since the co. took over for the past owners , and within a reasonable time we receive reimbursement for claims filed, as long as we put in the work to specifically identify the potential medical problem. We have had problems securing claim forms from the customer service people and the co. does not send out clean forms with the checks as the previous co. did, so the customer has a form easily read as we fill them out as opposed to copies we have to make. I suggest going back to the old method done by previous owners of including new , clean claim forms with the reimbursements checks.
