Needs Improved process
It's been 60 days since I submitted claim and they needed 1 piece of additional information and now they tell me it could be another 30 days. Seems their review process is lacking and takes quite amount of time. Would not recommend this insurance if you want something that has a customer focused experience.

Nationwide Pet Insurance is great
Nationwide Pet Insurance is great. They’re always there for our family. Using the Vitus Vet app to file our claims is really user friendly and convenient.
