The Best Coverage Anyone Could Ask For

This is the best coverage you could get for your pet! After my new kitten broke it's arm my boyfriend and I decided we need insurance for all the cats. It's the best decision we have made! My older cat has been having a lot of dental issues and with the comprehensive care at Nationwide, all of it was covered. So to date, I have already broken even and we are only 4 months into the full year!

Amazing coverage

My name is Julieann my dogs name is Alfadel. He is a European Doberman . They are different than America Dobermans . American Dobermans are made from Europeans... fun fact . He’s doing good he had a health screening done to verify his health for the future of his life and it’s endevors . We love Nationwide Pet Insurance!

Nationwide has been a life saver for us. I love not having to worry about the cost of treatment when something goes wrong with my dog- I can focus on getting her healthy.

Great asset to have with a pet!

I have had this insurance for over 4 years, but this is the first time I’m truly thankful that I had it. My Pomeranian had to have emergency surgery on his hip right at Christmas. I’m so glad I had Nationwide Pet Insurance. My policy covered all of the cost minus the deductible! Nationwide Pet Insurance has been very helpful to me as a pet owner. I would encourage everyone with a pet to consider a policy with Nationwide!

Coverage

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage. The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees. All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.

Payout Limits

Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances. There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Deductible

Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000. Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.

Age Limits

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness. Other plans may have age restrictions.

Waiting Period

14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months). Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
