Glad we bought insurance!
Our Frenchie has had 2 hospitalizations due to stomach issues and vomiting. We received great care for her and thank goodness we were covered, EXPENSIVE!

Nationwide Pet Insurance is there for us when we need them most!
Murphy needed to have a mass removed from his paw. Luckily it was benign, but still the surgery was quite costly. Nationwide reimbursed us for the surgery.

Need Better Communication for their claims with their patrons
Need Better communication with expediting your claim in a timely manner. Shouldn't be on the customer to fix there mistakes. Gave a 7 due to management resolving the issue fast. She was great an a pleasure to work with..

Extremely helpful and quick reimbursement to lessen the financial burden. It took a little over 3 weeks, but it was during the holiday season so extremely understandable.

Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.

No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
